Hope all of you have summer holidays now! And if you are bored or just looking for a good illustrator I´d like to recommend you the new page of my good friend susi a.k.a. susi cream cheese or also known as “the lazy cat” wholeheartedly. On thelazycat.de you can find her creative and very inspiring illustrations! As you will see, her work is influenced by her love to japan mixed with berlin style and a sometimes strange and very funny sense of humor (thank you so much for that susi!) Please also take some time to read her comics it  really will be worth it!!! On her blog you can find very usefull tipps and links, her newest works, cool videos and music, so it´s reallly entertaining and you should read it reagularly!

In fall susi will travel to japan again, I will miss her then much more but I´m sure she will create some awesome illustrations for us there!

concept: “Fugu-Productions” is a 3D-logoanimation.
This is a „Special-Edition“, for a project at University (FH-Salzburg) in Salzburg.
As you can see, there are two parts divided by a movieclapper. The second part is the final logoanimation, which will be used as my personal intro in my future animations. The first part is about the story behind the scenes an showes the personality of the main actor the pufferfish. Fugu is also a symbol for my affinity to japanese culture and graphic design.

It´s been a real long process, but I´m quite proud of it! If you click on the link below, you can find a few more renderings of my fugu chracter!

I´m back in Kuchl for my summer-semester, and spring is near! And that´s why I have to show you my perfect new spring shirt: “my imaginary friend Klaus!”  now available on A-Better-Tomorrow. Thank you very much for your votes!

I´m currently very fascinated of mirrorings and the effects of real ink drawings converted to vectors in Illustrator.

…and this little guy here is one of the first logo-variations of my new lable.

My lable “fugu” is (for now) meant for handmade stuff like print requirements (writing pads, notebooks, stickers, postcards, comics…) toys, t-shirts, and everything a single person is able to create with good ideas and little money!

As you already know, mmmmm-design-network is still looking forward to run our own online store, to sell our products. But this project is very time consuming, and it will take a long time till it´s finished. So we are looking forward to produce some cute and funny new stuff for the Christmas “Kunstmarket” in Innsbruck this winter again.
